Premier costumier and corsetiere to the Bristol Burlesque stars…whose clients include Miss Keda Breeze and Miss Poppy Von Tarte, will be giving a workshop to demonstrate how to easily create fabulously sexy, glittering costumes to make you feel and look like a showgirl!
Minimum skills are needed for this fun class and with Magdalene’s help all the way you will leave with a spangly costume and a useful handout with all the information you need to create your own costumes.
Spangles will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you have a particular look or colour scheme in mind. Participants will need to bring clothes to glamorise. Suggested accessorising items to bring could include feathers, sequins, beads, pearls, old jewellery, tassels, artificial flowers or lace… so come along and indulge yourself in the frivolous glamour of it all!
