We offer hen and girly parties in Burlesque, Pole Dancing, Cheerleading, Bollywood, Belly Dancing, Hula Hoop, 80′s Dance and Showtunes we can also do bespoke parties. Our hen party lessons are taught with the emphasis on fun and are always a real giggle. They are a great way to break the ice and get the hen party started, and of course a totally unforgettable way to spend time with friends.

Our expert teachers will put everyone at ease and ensure that they have a great time no matter what age, size or ability they are. We normally find that within minutes everyone is having far too much fun to feel nervous.
Burlesque Hen Party Lessons
Burlesque is a fun, sexy and theatrical form of exotic dance, as well as an ancient tradition. Burlesque is normally styled with corsets, sequins and feathers, think Moulin Rouge or Dita Von Teese. It’s very much about “making the most of what you’ve got and knowing what to do with it”!
The Lesson
The lesson begins with a gentle warm up. The teacher will then teach you how to stand with a head turning burlesque showgirl posture. This then progresses into sexy walks and wiggles – think Marilyn! You will then learn some Burlesque moves which then are put together into a sexy and elegant routine complete with feather boas. We will even throw in some tricks for striptease – don’t worry no nudity!
At then end of the lesson there will be time to take photos, and your teacher will teach you some great pin up poses for them.
Pole Dance Hen Party Lessons
Pole dancing is the most fun you will ever have exercising! It is also hugely empowering and will teach you some very sexy moves you can do on or off the pole.
The Lesson
The lesson starts with a gentle warm up. We then look at posture and teach you how to stand so you will turn heads. Next it’s onto the poles: you start with really simply gliding around the pole, then start to actually lift off the floor and spin round it. We will teach you a variety of pole spins and throw in plenty of sexy dance moves that you can do at home, weather you have a pole or not. This is then put together into a sexy and sassy pole dance routine that everyone will be able to do.
There will be an opportunity to take pictures on the pole which your teacher will show you some sexy poses for. At the end of the lesson everyone will get the chance to perform the routine.
Cheerleading Hen Party Lessons
Cheerleading is the latest dance craze from America. Its very funky with a whole lot of attitude, and great if you don’t fancy something quite so sexy. Since Pink Kitten discovered it, we just love it.
The Lesson
The lesson starts with an energising warm up. You then start to lean some simple Cheer dance steps to a funky sound track. This then progresses to a Cheerleading routine complete with chants customised especially for your group, such as the bride or birthday girls name. Don’t be surprised if your chants and routine get used out on the town that evening!
The lesson ends with a cool down then onto a presentation of certificates for everyone to remember the day by. There will also be plenty of photo opportunities.
Times and Prices
The time slots we offer are 12-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm and 6-8pm but these can be accomodated where possible and with enough advance notice. Please note that this must include any time you need to get changed.
Prices are £275 for groups of up to 20 people, so that’s from only £13.75 per head!

To book your session you just need to pay a £100 deposit and then the remaining balance is due two weeks before your party.
Please note that we often get booked up in advance, so if you want a particular date and time, it is best to book it as soon as possible.
What to Bring and Wear
Burlesque
If you are going straight out from your Burlesque hen party and don’t want to carry a change of outfit that should be fine, as you shouldn’t be doing anything that makes you too hot and sweaty. Likewise you shouldn’t need to redo hair and make up afterwards.
We don’t do any moves that are too athletic, so you don’t need to wear any special dance or sports clothes for the Burlesque lesson, but it is good to be wear an outfit you feel sexy in to help you get in character. We do recommend you wear high heels as they really help you pull off sexy Burlesque dance moves.
Please bring with you a shirt or cardigan that you can layer over your clothes for the Burlesque striptease section, we provide feather boas.
Pole Dancing
Comfortable clothing but something you’d feel sexy in. Bare legs are needed so you are able to grip the poles.
Cheerleading
Comfortable loose fitting clothing such as jogging bottoms or leggings. Hot pants or short skirts are great for those daring enough! Please ensure everyone in the group brings a pair of trainers.
