In these courses we give more individual teaching, so now you have the basics you can choose what elements of Pole Dancing you want to concentrate on.
This might be:
- Advanced Spins
- Extended sequences
- Aerial moves – moves you do in the air, once you have climbed the pole
- Routine building and performance opportunities
- Handsprings, arms only moves
- Deadlift training
- Strength building, conditioning
Please note as we run smaller classes than some other schools, so we often get fully booked up, advance booking/ online reservation is recommended.
We have a maximum of 8 places per class, which is a maximum of two people per pole. Our smaller class sizes mean you get more attention and bespoke training and development from our teaching team. We find this usually results in faster learning than in larger mixed ability classes.
All our intermediate- advanced level classes are available as a weekly booking as well at £12.00 per session contact the office for availability.
We also have weekly practise sessions for all our pole students to attend
