Intermediate Pole (Levels 3 & 4)
Ready to take your pole practice to the next level? Our Intermediate Pole classes are designed for students who have a solid foundation and are ready to build strength, and confidence with more challenging skills and longer inverted combinations.
These classes correspond to Level 3 and Level 4 on our timetable and are ideal for students progressing beyond beginner pole.
Who Are These Classes For?
Intermediate classes are suitable for students who are confident with the following skills:
-
Inverting without assistance
-
Holding a Crucifix
-
Performing inside and outside leg hangs
-
Climbing the pole with control
If these feel familiar and achievable, you’re ready to join Levels 3–4.
What to Expect in Levels 3 & 4
Classes focus on developing strength, technique and endurance, while introducing more complex transitions, extended holds, dynamic entries and flowing combinations. You’ll work on improving control, refining lines and building confidence with inverted and aerial sequences.
You can also expect continued development of flexibility, grip strength, coordination and stamina, alongside creative movement and choreography elements.
Flexible Training Options
Improvers and Intermediate pole classes run throughout the week and across weekends, giving you plenty of opportunities to train consistently and progress at your own pace. Look for Level 3 or Level 4 when booking on the timetable. If you are in between levels we also offer mixed ability classes and classes to bridge the gap ie level 2/3 and level 4/5
