Our Beginners Pole Dance 4 week courses really are for complete beginners, you don’t need any experience to take part. Our classes are for everyone, so don’t worry about being strong enough, young enough, fit enough or flexible enough as we have designed our beginners courses to guide you all the way from zero to pole hero.
By the end of your 4 week course you will be doing things you never thought possible.
We pride ourselves on offering a supportive learning environment and we think that our beginners’ courses give you the opportunity to take the baby steps towards being a pole goddess in a safe and structured way.
What will you learn?
Awesome spins, sits, climbs and floorwork
An easy to follow routine of spins and tricks
Foundation strength building skills for inverting upside down
Strength and flexibility building exercises.
Dance and pole flow even if you have two left feet
We like to mix traditional pole dance in with pole fitness to give you the best of the sexy and fitness sides of pole in one course.
Once you have completed the 4 week Pink Kitten Dance School Beginners Pole Dancing course you will have the foundations of Pole and you will be ready to move on to a level 1 plus or level 2 class.

We have a maximum of two people per pole. Our smaller class sizes mean you get more attention and bespoke training and development from our fully qualified teaching team.
