We offer a wide range of beginner options, so you can start at a pace that feels right for you and progress with confidence.

Beginner Pole Class Levels

To make your journey simple and supportive, we offer three beginner-friendly class options:

Absolute Beginners
Perfect for first-timers. These classes focus on the foundations of pole dancing, including basic spins, grips, floor work, strength building and pole safety. Everything is broken down step-by-step in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Mixed Beginners
Designed for students who are new to pole or have some basic experience. These classes blend foundational skills with faster progression, helping you build strength, coordination and confidence while still reinforcing the basics.

Advanced Beginners
For students who are comfortable with beginner spins and transitions and are ready to challenge themselves a little more. These classes introduce more combinations, flow and strength-based skills while still remaining accessible and supportive.

Beginners can attend any class that has Level 1 in the title.
