Pre-Advanced & Advanced Pole Classes

Our Pre-Advanced and Advanced Pole classes are designed for experienced pole dancers who are ready to push their strength, control and creativity to a higher level. These classes are for students who have a strong technical foundation and are confident working with challenging aerial and inverted pole skills.

These sessions focus on refining technique, building endurance and exploring more complex movement pathways, dynamic transitions and longer combinations.

Who Are These Classes For?

Pre-Advanced and Advanced pole classes are suitable for students who are comfortable with:

  • Strong, controlled inverts and aerial entries

  • Extended inverted sequences and combinations

  • Confident leg hangs, grips and transitions

  • Advanced climbs, holds and controlled descents

  • Maintaining form and control through longer routines

Students should feel confident training independently within a structured class environment and have a good understanding of their own strengths, limits and conditioning needs.

What to Expect

Classes challenge both strength and stamina, with an emphasis on clean technique, flow, musicality and efficiency of movement. You’ll work on advanced transitions, dynamic elements, creative sequencing and sustained aerial work, alongside conditioning and flexibility to support continued progression.

Pre-Advanced classes act as a bridge into full Advanced training, while Advanced classes offer space to explore high-level skills, artistry and performance quality.
