All of our instructors are fully qualified with XPERT and have years of experience working with a wide range of abilities, goals, and body types so you’ll always be in safe, supportive hands.

Whether you’re simply hoping to touch your toes, wanting to ease tension from daily life, or working towards advanced flexibility goals like getting your foot to your head, our classes are structured to meet you where you are. We break down stretches and techniques clearly, offering options and modifications to help you progress at a pace that feels right for you.

Each session focuses on safe alignment, effective stretching methods, and gradually improving flexibility over time. You’ll leave feeling more open, relaxed, and connected with your body.

All classes are led by knowledgeable, experienced tutors dedicated to helping you stretch, strengthen, and align your way to improved wellbeing.
