Workshops & Events

Looking for something a little different to spice up your week? Our aerial and pole workshops and events are designed to inspire, challenge and bring our community together in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re trying something brand new or deepening your existing practice, we host a wide range of specialist workshops, seasonal events and exclusive experiences throughout the year.

We regularly offer aerial workshops in Aerial Spiral, Lollipop Lyra, Aerial Chains, Tippy Hoop, and seasonal choreography workshops, giving students the opportunity to explore new apparatus, creative movement and performance skills. These sessions are perfect for expanding your aerial repertoire, improving technique and discovering new styles of flow.

Throughout the year, we also run themed and seasonal events, including
Christmas Specials
Valentine’s workshops
Intensive Weekends

Our intensives and specials are ideal for students who want to immerse themselves in training, learn full routines, refine transitions and learn specialised techniques.

In addition to workshops, we’re proud to host a variety of community-focused studio events, including:

  • Student showcases (three times a year) – a chance to perform, celebrate progress and experience the magic of the stage

  • Pole and aerial photoshoots – shoots to capture your hard work and achievements

  • Student pool party – because balance is important

  • Studio anniversary celebrations – celebrating our journey and our incredible students

We also welcome external guest instructors and run regular specialist workshops led by our own awesome instructors, covering technique specialist tricks, conditioning, choreography and creative exploration across pole and aerial disciplines.

Whether you’re here for training, performance, creativity or community, our workshops and events offer something for everyone. Be sure to check out the timetable below for upcoming workshops, intensives and special events, and keep an eye on our socials for new announcements.

Spaces are limited and workshops often sell out, so early booking is recommended!
