What can I win?

We’ll be giving away:

Each prize will be awarded to a separate winner unless otherwise stated.

How to enter

To receive an entry:

1. Book an eligible Pink Kitten class taking place between 1 and 20 September 2026.
2. Attend and complete the class.
3. Make sure you have been checked in on our booking system.

You’ll automatically receive one entry for every eligible class you attend. You do not need to complete a separate entry form.

Classes booked using a Pink Kitten membership, credit pack or standard drop-in pass will all be treated equally.

Only classes actually attended and completed will qualify. Cancelled bookings, late cancellations and no-shows will not generate entries.

Which sessions count?

The following count as eligible classes:

• All standard timetabled group classes paid for with passes, memberships or drop in
• Workshops

The following do not qualify:

• Private lessons
• Studio hire
• Practice sessions
• Instructor training or assessments
• Complimentary staff or instructor places
• Classes attended using promotional or gifted passes
• Cancelled classes
• Any session not listed as eligible above

When will the winners be drawn?

Entries close at 11:59pm on 20 September 2026.

The winners will be selected at random on 21st September using a verifiably random selection process. We plan to share the draw online through Instagram.

We will use entry numbers during the public draw wherever possible to protect our students’ personal information.

Winners will be contacted using the contact details registered on their Pink Kitten account. We will make reasonable efforts to contact each winner.

Full terms and conditions

1. The promoter

The promoter is Pink Kitten Dance School Ltd of Unit 1 &2 Pennywell Road. Bristol BS5 0TJ, referred to in these terms as “Pink Kitten”, “we” or “us”.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The promotion is open to registered Pink Kitten Dance School students aged 18 or over.

2.2 Pink Kitten employees, instructors and anyone directly involved in administering the promotion [and their immediate families] are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Entrants must have an active Pink Kitten customer account containing accurate contact information.

2.4 We reserve the right to request reasonable evidence that an entrant meets the eligibility requirements.

3. Promotional period

3.1 The promotion opens at 12:00am on 1 September 2026.

3.2 The promotion closes at 11:59pm on 20 September 2026.

3.3 Only eligible classes scheduled and completed during this period will generate entries. The date on which a class was purchased or booked is not relevant.

4. Entry process

4.1 An eligible student will receive one free entry for every eligible class they attend and complete during the promotional period.

4.2 There is no separate charge for entry. Students book and attend classes at Pink Kitten’s usual prices and using the usual booking methods.

4.3 Membership credits, credit packs and standard drop-in bookings will be treated equally.

4.4 Entries are awarded for attendance, not bookings. Cancelled bookings, late cancellations, no-shows and classes that are not completed will not qualify.

4.5 Entries are personal to the student attending and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or given to another person.

4.6 Students must be correctly checked in on Pink Kitten’s booking system. If a student believes their attendance has not been recorded, they must contact us at info@pinkkittendanceschool.com by 72 hours after the class so that we can verify it.

4.7 There is no limit on the total number of entries a student may earn, although each student can receive no more than one entry per eligible class attended. Students should train responsibly and only attend classes that are appropriate for their level, health and physical capacity.

4.8 Pink Kitten reserves the right to reject entries that are fraudulent, incorrectly recorded, generated through misuse of the booking system or otherwise contrary to these terms.

5. Eligible classes

5.1 Eligible classes are: all standard group teacher led classes and workshops appearing on the Pink Kitten live booking system.

5.2 Private lessons, practice session, studio hire, instructor training, assessments, staff places and the other exclusions listed above do not qualify.

5.3 If an eligible class is cancelled by Pink Kitten, no entry will be awarded because the class was not attended. Any booking credit will be dealt with under our normal cancellation procedures.

6. Prizes

6.1 The prizes are:

• 40 Credit Pass
• 20 Credit Pass

• Single class

• PK Jumper/hoodie
• PK Trucker cap

6.2 A free class pass may be used for timetabled classes and must be redeemed by 6 months. It remains subject to class availability, prerequisites, level requirements and Pink Kitten’s usual booking and cancellation policies.

6.3 Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be resold and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6.4 If circumstances outside our reasonable control make an advertised prize unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner selection

7.1 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries on 21st September.

7.2 The draw will use a computer process capable of producing verifiably random results or will take place under the supervision of an independent person.

7.3 One winner will be selected for each prize.

7.4 A person may win no more than one prize. If their entry is selected again, another entry will be drawn.

7.5 The promoter’s decision is final in relation to the administration of the draw. This does not affect entrants’ legal rights.

8. Contacting winners

8.1 Winners will be contacted by email &SMS using the details registered on their Pink Kitten account within 5 days of the draw.

8.2 Winners must respond within 14 days of our first notification.

8.3 We will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, is ineligible or cannot accept the prize, we may withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random.

8.4 Prizes will normally be supplied or added to the winner’s account within 30 days of the closing date.

9. Winner announcements and privacy

9.1 Entrants’ booking and attendance information will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, verify entries, select and contact winners, distribute prizes and demonstrate that a valid award took place.

9.2 Entry into this promotion does not provide consent for personal information to be used for unrelated marketing.

9.3 We may announce a winner’s first name and surname initial after the draw. Winners may object to this or ask us to reduce the information published by contacting info@pinkkittendanceschool.com.

9.4 Where required, we may provide information showing that a valid award took place to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator.

9.5 We will obtain separate permission before publishing a winner’s photograph, social-media username, full name or other promotional content.

9.6 Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. General conditions

10.1 Pink Kitten will administer the promotion fairly and in accordance with these published terms.

10.2 We may suspend, amend or withdraw the promotion if circumstances outside our reasonable control make this unavoidable. We will not make changes that unfairly disadvantage anyone who has already participated.

10.3 Pink Kitten is not responsible for entries that cannot be verified because a student has provided inaccurate account details or failed to follow the published check-in process.

10.4 Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10.5 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants retain any applicable rights to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom in which they live.

10.6 Instagram and Facebook do not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion and are not associated with it. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility for the administration of the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
