Pole circuits course to get you pole fit and help improve all your pole moves & increase flexibility and strength
The course will include
- a warm up
- 6 stations with different exercises to do at all ability levels
- Strengthening exercises include:
- Inversion repeaters
- Climbing repeater
- Grip strengthening
- Headstands, handstands, deadlifts
- Planks and situps
- Arm and back strengthening
- Stretches for splits and general flexibility
