Pole circuits course to get you pole fit and help improve all your pole moves & increase flexibility and strength

The course will include

  1. a warm up
  2. 6 stations with different exercises to do at all ability levels
    • Strengthening exercises include:
    • Inversion repeaters
    • Climbing repeater
    • Grip strengthening
    • Headstands, handstands, deadlifts
    • Planks and situps
    • Arm and back strengthening
  3. Stretches for splits and general flexibility
