Pole Dance News November

As past and present Pink Kitten Dance School Pole Dance students we thought it would be nice if you were the first to know our good news.

As of the 1st November we will be running classes at Fitness First and Fitness 4 Less in Bristol.

The new venue will allow us to put on many more classes at all sorts of times of the day and hopefully on most days of the week, (we will still be running our Wednesday classes at Fitness First).  This is something we have been looking to do for a while but now have the venue to accommodate us

The classes will still be kept small so you get the teaching time you need and we will have our own dedicated room within Fitness 4 Less

Pole Dance Classes Starting 1st November 2010.

Interested in coming back to do pole classes again.

What do you offer?? Certificates through the levels?

I was with KP’s in Gloucester, left as I paid quite a lot for a lesson but only had about 15-20 mins on the pole.

I have done the beginners level, which included spins and routines so was hoping maybe I could come straight on to the improvers class maybe.

Could you get back to me and hopefully I can join up with you soon

    Hi Shona

Our classes are split into levels 1 – 4 see the levels explained page here http://www.pinkkittendanceschool.com/information/pole-levels-explained/

Anyone who has completed a beginners course is welcome to join at level 2. We use workbooks with set moves ( spins transitions and simple climbs) in them for you to work through at your own pace. We then integrate the moves into short routines which we build on over the 4 week course. We do this up to level 4 where we use a blank workbook into which students can jot down moves and routines if they wish

You would be most welcome to join at level 2 and if you are available we have places on our wednesday evening course at fitness first which starts this week on the 10th book here http://www.eventbrite.com/event/866757495

    Many thanks
