Introduction to Pole dancing

This course has been specially designed by our very own headmistress of Pole Hannah aka Tabitha Tease. She has incorporated some stunning but simple pole spins shimmies and dance moves into a simple dance routine.
Pole Dancing is without doubt the most exciting and fun way to exercise. You will learn how to be a glamorous and poised showgirl, learning all the spins, slides and poses you will ever need to impress. Increase your general fitness level, strength and flexibility.
Pink Kitten Pole Dance lessons are fantastic for women who want to get fit but are bored of the gym, and want to feel fabulous in the process. Our Pole dance workshops are for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. They are taught in small friendly groups by our expert teachers.
There is a big showgirl influence in Pink Kitten Pole classes which means that you learn to hold yourself well so that you always look elegant and confident both when you are dancing and in life in general!
