Pole Dancing lessons in Bristol

Pink Kitten Dance School Pole Dance courses

New term from the 3rd January 2011.

What better way to start 2011 than with a new hobby.

Pole Dancing is the perfect way to tone up, meet new friends, increase your confidence and burn some of those Christmas calories off.

.

Beginners Pole Dancing (£50 - 4 weeks)

The Pink Kitten Beginners pole dancing courses run on a Tuesday and Wednesday evening. Each lesson is 1 hour 15 minutes long, giving students plenty of time on the pole. The course runs for 4 weeks taking you from a complete novice to a pole pro!

Our lessons are kept small with an average of two people per pole giving you plenty of time to learn all the spins and wiggles on the course. We always find that sharing a pole with someone else, although it may seem scary at first, means you learn faster as you can help each other out.

Pole Jams and Pole-esque

We will be holding regular pole jams throughout 2011, all are welcome to attend our pole jams, there will be no teaching but they are a brilliant way to meet new friends and learn new tricks on the pole.

We are also running our first Pole-esque workshop in January (15th) as a warm up to our pole-esque course, which we will be launching in 2011. Pole-esque is a fusion of pole dance, chair dance and lap dance and will concentrate on dance rather than spins and pole tricks. The workshop and course is suitable for all, no matter what your fitness level or dance experience.

.

Booking a course

See our booking page to book onto a course, visit our eventbrite page for all our current courses and workshops or e-mail us to make a direct bank transfer.

We look forward to teaching you in 2011

Pole Dancing Lessons Intermediate and Advanced Bristol

Improvers/Intermediate/ Advanced Intermediate Pole Dance Course

Levels 2-4 (pole levels explained)

.

In these courses we give more individual teaching, so now you have the basics you can choose what elements of Pole Dancing you want to concentrate on.

.

This might be:

  • Spins and dancing
  • Climbing the pole
  • Inverts – moves you do from flipping upside down
  • Aerial moves – moves you do in the air, once you have climbed the pole
  • Routine building and performance opportunities

.

Everyone can work to their own ability on these courses and you can keep doing as many courses at each level as you want or need.
